Refund Policy

It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of detox services and/or detox-related products (coming soon). Please review our refund and appointment cancellation policy:


  • There are no refunds on services, unless otherwise determined by Management.
  • There are no cash/credit back refunds. If Spa Management determines that compensation is appropriate, the client will receive an in-house gift card for an estimated dollar amount.
  • Treatment specialists and/or providers or support staff are not permitted to grant refunds at any time.


  • To avoid a cancellation fee, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice for single service appointments and a 48-hour notice for multiple service appointments or packages.
  • A $25 cancellation is charged to the holding credit card for single-service appointments over $50, and a $50 will be applied to the credit holding a spa package.
