More than half of America is now classified as overweight or obese. With this comes multiple commodities, like diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, breathing problems and even cancer. America is addicted to processed sugar, and products that convert to sugars. More Americans have non-alcoholic fatty liver disease than alcoholic fatty liver disease. We don’t know how to care for our bodies, and neither do our doctors. Medications and surgeries are pushed when nutrition is the answer.
Toxins
Everyone in America is being exposed to toxins in our food, water, personal-care products, such a popular brand deodorants, cookware and more. These toxins strip out our gut lining, causing cell debris like Candida and parasites to wreck havoc inside our bodies. They consume key nutrients and minerals required for things like enzyme functionality.
Enzymes & minerals
Enzymes, with mineral cofactors like Magnesium, are the metabolic catalyst for all biochemical processes that occur inside of the body. That’s if we are eating properly and absorbing — many Americans are not due to years of toxic buildup in their bodies, particularly our accessory organs. These include the liver, gallbladder and pancreas. They are responsible for enzyme production, storage, functionality and release. Of course, fruits and vegetables contain enzymes, but they are under consumed.
Humans are herbivores
The problem with eating is Americans consume way too much meat protein at 2-3x daily, dairy and related products, white breads, white rice and pastas and other fake food. We need to be eating 4-6 servings of fruit and vegetables daily, along with 1-2 servings of grains, nuts and seeds. We can consume lean meats, like chicken, fish and turkey, 3-4x a week and eat more plant proteins, such as avocados, chick peas, jackfruit and sweet potatoes. Humans have an herbivore digestive system, not a carnivore or an omnivore one. There’s no such digestive system as omnivore it’s an eating habit.
Dehydration
Many Americans don’t consume enough water, and if they do it’s from the tap or flimsy plastic water bottles that contain micro-plastics that cause hormonal issues. We need to be consuming high pH water at 8-12, 8 oz. glasses a day. Humans should be at 60% water, and their blood should be at 90% water.
