What health obstacles are you experiencing regularly? Any or all from this list: Migraines or headaches, throat swelling, upper or lower back pain, joint inflammation, breathing/lung issues, digestive/stomach concerns like acid reflux, diarrhea or constipation, skin irritation like psoriasis or eczema, hormonal issues like hair loss, sleep disruption or lack of energy.
These issues are caused by the dysbiosis and leaky gut I mentioned before. So whatever health complications you are experiencing are just a symptom of the real cause, which are cell debris or free radicals, such as candida, parasites, uric acid, etc. These are harmful and damaging to our cells, and cause an event called oxidative stress. This is what occurs when our cells are attacked and stressed. Due to mineral deficiency, our cells have mitochondrial dysfunction. The mitochondria of the cell are the brain or the powerhouse and responsible for many functions, one of which is cell protection. We are only made up of cells and energy. When something is attacking our cells and their shields are down, our body definitely feels it.
Another key term to mention and understand is MTHFR. This is our detox gene, which produces a key enzyme that helps our body to properly detox. About 30-40% of the population has one or more defect with this gene. As a result, many people are chronically sick, because their bodies don’t know how-to detox. It’s like an overflowing garbage can that hasn’t been emptied. People impacted by MTHFR must manually detox and do so on a regular basis. In addition, they have lowered enzyme functionality, and reduced ability to metabolize b-vitamins, folate and selenium. Often times, there is a birthmark associated with this genetic disorder on the body usually at the back of the neck known as the “stork’s bite.” There’s DNA swab testing available to see if you or your child has this genetic disorder that I do.
Now, you start detoxing you typically need to address it all at the same time, because cell debris and free radicals hide throughout the body. Whatever the symptoms are, that is where detox needs to be addressed. There may be one or several issues you are dealing with. You have to approach the detox in a structured and smart way otherwise cell debris and free radicals can regrow, and you’re back at square one. Once you detox out, you want to keep your body clean and healthy. Detoxing will provide such a better quality of life, where you enjoy overall health and energy.
