Brenda Causey-Mitchell walked into the Spa 35 days ago, and said, “My doctor, Joel Kahn, said I need to lose 30 lbs. to get off some heart medications. I’ve already lost 10 lbs. Can you help me lose more? I’ve reached a plateau.”
Brenda, a well-known member of the Pontiac community, started her weight-loss journey by walking, drinking more water and eating more vegetables. By incorporating these things into her lifestyle, she lost 10 lbs. on her own.
“The body can get accustomed to something and I wanted to do something different,” Brenda explained. Listen to her video to find out her total weight-loss from our 35-Day program.
“I had already started, and this took this to the next level,” Brenda said of the the 35-Day Detox Program. “I would recommend anyone who think they met their level. Come here it’s going to make you change and take you to the next level. On my own I would have probably stayed at the same weight. The cleansing helps you get more weight loss.”
Brenda’s mother grew food for the family, cooked it and kept processed and packaged food from the family’s kitchen pantry. When Brenda met her husband that changed, and she became addicted to high-fat, high-sugar foods.
Our cells only rebuild from what we put in our body, so if we eat crap food our body will operate at lower functionality. If we eat healthy, fresh fruits and vegetables with the enzymes we need to absorb the vitamins and nutrients they contain then our body will function at optimal levels.
Our body rebuilds itself every 365 days. The brain takes a full year. The DNA take two months. The bones take three months. The blood requires four months. The lungs take 2-3 weeks. The skin require 30 days. The liver six weeks, and the stomach takes five days.
