After-the-Holiday Gut Cleanse

Turkey. Stuffing. Ham. Breads (lots of bread). Cookies. Fudge. Beer. Wine. Champagne. You name it. You will either eat it or drink it during the holidays. Let’s not even kid ourselves.

The good news is that once the holidays are over you can utilize this gut cleanse. It’s the same cleanse that spa owner Anthony utilizes to cleanse his gut, and while it’s intense — it works!

Here’s the recipe:

  • 1 tablespoon of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of Black Seed Oil
  • 2 drops of Sovereign Silver (under the tongue and one down the throat)
  • 2 drops of Paraguard (under the tongue and one down the throat)
  • 1/2 clove of organic garlic with raw honey on top on a tablespoon

All this should be done first thing in the morning. Give yourself an hour before you eat or drink anything. This process can be followed for 3-5 days — or if you’re committed enough try it for 30 days!
